We read every response

After the giveaway ends, we read every response. The most detailed, constructive and valuable feedback will be shortlisted.

93 winners are drawn

From the shortlist, the top three winners are selected at random, followed by 90 further winners of a €10 voucher each.

Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by Rough. GmbH.

2. Participation period

The giveaway starts on Sunday, 30.08.2026 and ends on Sunday, 13.09.2026 at 23:59 UTC. Entries submitted after the participation period has ended will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

Participation is open exclusively to existing customers of rough. who are 18 years or older and have placed at least one order in our online store before the start of the giveaway.

Participants must use the same email address they previously used to place an order with rough. Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. How to participate

To enter, participants must complete the feedback form on this page and submit it within the participation period. No additional purchase during the giveaway period is required.

5. Selection of winners

After the participation period ends, all valid entries will be reviewed by the rough. team. The shortlist will be based on the quality, level of detail and constructive nature of the feedback provided.

The three main winners will then be selected at random from this shortlist. The order of the random draw determines the respective prize. A further 90 winners of a €10 voucher each will be drawn at random from all remaining valid entries.

If fewer than 93 valid entries are received, only as many prizes as there are valid entries will be awarded.

6. Prizes

1st place: €50 rough. voucher
2nd place: €30 rough. voucher
3rd place: €20 rough. voucher
90 further winners: €10 rough. voucher each

Total prize value: €1,000. Each participant can win one prize only. The prizes are non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Winner notification

The winners will be contacted via the email address provided in the form. If a winner does not respond within 7 days after being contacted, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner from the shortlist.

8. Exclusion from the giveaway

rough. reserves the right to exclude participants who provide false information, enter more than once or attempt to manipulate the giveaway.

9. Data protection

Personal data collected as part of this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of conducting and administering the giveaway. This includes the email address provided as well as the information submitted through the feedback form.
